There are literally hundreds of folks who have helped me out along the way. Many anonymous, just the friendly faces of the road: shopkeepers pointing the way, bus drivers waking me for a midnight stop, and fellow travelers with the know-how that keeps us trucking..

But, specifically, there are a few folks I need to thank here on this section.
