The Great City of Bogota

It was my favorite, even including Buenos Aires. Bogota, full of quirky bohemian life, and the effervescent hope and hospitality of the Colombians itself. I spent 8 days wandering the streets of La Candeleria, and even met Colombia's most famous artist, Fernando Botero, at his museum. Like Botero's inevitable chubby subject, the goodwill and joy of the city pours over, vitality in excess.
