Marrakech the Pink

Marrakech has been a tourist trap for several decades now. But, it's
not hard to see why: winding streets, the exotic mysticism of the middle
orient, snake charmers, an incredible bazaar (the souk), and of course,
that unbelievable orange juice that costs barely $0.40 a glass. Thomas
and I wandered the streets of this still-charming city and ate at the
night markets. The archeology wasn't bad either, including an ancient
Madrasa, or Islamic School. It was also where I managed to get my wrist
x-rayed at the public hospital speaking hardly a word of
French or Arabic.
